We make no warranty that AI-generated outputs will be correct, complete, or error-free at all times.
The Client represents that they are exclusively responsible for auditing, reviewing, and verifying any content, legal citations, or operational instructions generated by our AI workflows prior to filing, execution, or public release. This includes verifying citations to comply with Florida Rule of General Practice and Judicial Administration 2.515(d)(2) and ensuring data entries comply with HIPAA guidelines.
Our solutions rely on third-party foundational models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). We are not liable for model deprecations, API connection outages, pricing changes, or terms adjustments imposed by these external infrastructure vendors.
When constructing private AI deployments for legal or healthcare clients, we route data streams via private enterprise endpoints. We certify that your prompt context and client conversations are configured to disable model training on your data, preserving attorney-client confidentiality and clinic patient privacy boundaries.
All core code, graphics, branding, and copy located on webpalmbeaches.com are the proprietary intellectual property of Web Palm Beaches. You may not copy, scrape, modify, or distribute our site resources without our express written consent.
